eChecks - paypal holds funds from us until the bank clears your check, this may take up to 5 business days. Once we receive notification your check has cleared from paypal we'll process and ship your order within 24 hours.

Downloading** Required Software For Zip File: WinZip or a Program to open a Zip File.**
1.) Once you have made your payment you'll receive an email within 24 hours with an attachment file from MsEmmas.
2.) There will be Zip File click on the attachment file.
3.) A dialog box will pop up, asking you to save or open. Click Save.
4.)Another box will open and you can pick the folder you want to save the zip file.
*Remember What folder you saved it to.
5.)Once the download is done. Go to the Folder you saved it in, double click the icon for the zip file
and it should open your zip program.
6.)Save it to the folder you want the images to go too.

Return Policy
Our products are downloadable, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to the nature they can be copied and used. However, if you have any problems with our products, we will work with you to resolve any issues you're having.

CD's Shipped are not returned, exchanged or refunded due to the nature can be coped and all sales are final. However, if the CD does not work properly, I will gladly replace it up to 30 days after receiving it. Please make sure you launch your CD within the 30 days to insure if replacement is necessary
